Helen Sigmond has served on the Alamosa County Ambulance District Board since 2006.  She is an attorney and has lived in Alamosa since 1982.  She served as Alamosa County Commissioner for District 3 from 2016- 2020.

Dale Salazar has served in various law enforcement positions including most recently as a Criminal Defense Investigator. Dale has a Masters Degree in Justice Administration and also serves as a board member on the Alamosa County Mosquito District and East Alamosa Water and Sanitation District.

Javier Martinez joined the board in 2020. Javier worked in government finance for five years with the City of Alamosa before joining Valley-Wide Health Systems in 2014 where he currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer.

Jason McGinnis has worked on the ambulance crew for over 25 years..  He has been a Paramedic for over 30 years.  He is originally from Pueblo, Colorado.

Bill Brinton practiced as a physician for 42 years, retiring in 2021. He has lived in East Alamosa since 1986 and has volunteered on the Alamosa County Ambulance District Board for 15 years. He served on the Alamosa Mosquito Control District Board from 2012 to 2016 and is the current president of the Mosca-Hooper Conservation District.
